What's this all about...
It is 3:00 and you suddenly realize you haven't planned dinner yet. Oh, what to do, what to do?
I was tired of having this problem, so a few years ago I decided that every week I would create a menu. This isn't just a main course menu; it includes the side dishes as well. No more 3:00 panic for me!
If you are anything like me then the belly truly does rule the mind! What a marvel it is to have a menu each week....
